The payment and confirmation procedure consists of several stages involving two different platforms: Jotform, where you completed your initial registration, and Cielo — a Brazilian financial services company — where the actual payment will be processed.

Registered participants should follow these steps:

1. Click the link provided in the email you received from IWGTEA titled “Your 4th IWGTEA Access Link” when you first registered;
2. You will be directed to your original registration form. Select the option “Do you want to enter your payment details?” and then click Next;
3. A page will open where you must enter the necessary details for payment registration;
4. After completing and submitting the form, you will receive an email containing a link to enter the Cielo platform and finalize your payment.

Important Recommendations:

1. Do not share your personal link with anyone, as this could compromise your personal data;
2. Keep an eye on payment deadlines to ensure you don’t miss the Early Registration discount;
3. If your payment is declined, it is highly likely that your bank has blocked the transaction. If this occurs, please contact your financial institution.
4. If you cannot find the emails mentioned above, please check your Spam and Promotions folders. If you still cannot locate them, contact IWGTEA through our available support channels.
