Communication of May 12, 2026:
We would like to announce that Registrations for the event have been reopened until the first day of the event!
Check the Instructions tab for information on registration and payment of the required Registration Fee. We emphasize that the deadline for Early Registration is May 31. Payments made after this date will be charged as Normal Registration, following the attached table and instruction links.
Communication of May 5, 2026:
We would like to remind you that the Early-Registration fee payment period closes on May 31, 2026.
Participants with accepted papers for presentation in either regular sessions or poster sessions must complete their payments by this date to ensure their work is included in the workshop program.
When paying the registration fee, please remember to use a payment method accepted by the Cielo platform (the payment processor) that is authorized and enabled for international transactions (if you are an international participant). A few reported issues were resolved after participants consulted their financial institutions and identified restrictions or incorrect information regarding the payment method they were using.
